The Board of Directors of Peikko Group Oy is responsible for guiding the Management of Peikko Group: approve strategies, investments and larger change initiatives of the company. The team acts as a sparring partner for the Management and consists of Peikko's owners and persons with deep knowledge on international construction industry. The Board of Directors meets 5 to 6 times per year. The meetings take place mostly in Finland but also in other countries, where Peikko operates.
