Kasper Guldager Jensen to Join the Non-Executive Board of Directors of Peikko Group Corporation

Kasper Guldager Jensen, an awarded Danish architect and Senior Partner of an architect office 3XN, has joined the non-executive Board of Directors of Peikko Group Corporation. Kasper Guldager Jensen leads the innovation office GXN, part of the 3XN architect office, where he specializes in sustainable design, digital architecture and new materials. 3XN has designed many building projects where Peikko’s DELTABEAM® Composite Beams and other products have been used. Kasper will start in his position in 2017.

At the same time, after eight successful years, Pekka Rantamäki and Risto Räty are retiring from their position as members of the Board. Other members will continue as before. Jussi Vanhanen, CEO of Fibre Packaging at Mondi Group, will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Philippe Jost, Head of Corporate HR at Sika Group, Frederick Knauf, Business Development in Japan at Knauf Group, Stefan Nyström, Managing Director of Pöyry Sweden and Elmar Paananen, Managing Director of Troll Capital Oy, will continue as Board members.
