DELTABEAM® Composite Beams were combined with hollow-core slabs in key areas of the structure. By integrating the beam within the floor depth, the slim-floor system helped reduce floor-to-floor height while creating a flat soffit and maximizing headroom throughout the building. The result is a more open and efficient living environment with flexible layouts, increased usable space, and integrated fire resistance built directly into the structure.
Development and construction were led by The Edgecorp Group, with architectural design by BLDG Architecture and structural engineering by Tower Engineering. Steel erection was completed by Abesco Ltd., while Haywood Concrete Products Ltd. supplied the hollow-core slabs that worked in conjunction with the DELTABEAM® system to create an efficient structural solution.
