The work was planned to be carried out in two stages. Both first and second phase houses (210 apartments and 21 commercial premises) are of class A energy efficiency.
All apartments at Raitininkų Sodas will have spacious balconies with panoramic city views or view of Gediminas Castle. YIT Lietuva invested about 34.6 million euros in a modern apartment complex and 17.2 million euros for the development of commercial premises.
This project stands out by its size - Peikko supplied great amount of PSB® reinforcement systems and the largest amount of EBEA® Balcony Connectors not only in Lithuania, but also in Northern and Central Europe.
